Obituary for Josh Allen Josh Allen , 37 of Lake Park won his battle with cancer on June 12, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center after a courageous fight. He was born on December 27, 1980 in Valdosta, GA to the late Jessie C. Allen III and Debbie Allen of Lake Park. Josh was an entrepreneur who owned and operated numerous businesses, most notably Rascals and Lake Dogs in Lake Park.

To know Josh was to love him. His never ending smile and love for people will forever be missed. Josh was the center of every room he entered and with his magnetic personality he never met a stranger.

Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Along with his mother, he is survived by his Life Partner & Best Friend: Chuck Barnhill; Lake Park, GA; Brother & Sister-in-law: Dustin & Brittany Allen; Lake Park, GA; 3 Nephews: Liam, Mason & Jessie Allen and numerous friends whom he considered family. A celebration of Josh’s life will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Quail Branch Lodge, 7601 Zeigler Road, Lake Park, GA.

The family will receive friends at Quail Branch Lodge on Thursday from 4:00 PM until service time. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation, 12902 Magnolia Drive, Tampa, FL 33612. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.
