Joshua spent his first years living around Port Orchard and Tacoma, WA. Then in his late teens he moved to Johnson City, Tennessee with friends and stayed there for almost ten years.

In his mid twenties he returned to Port Orchard where he initially lived with his grandmother to help her out until she passed away. Following that he moved to the Tacoma area to help out his half brother. Joshua is survived by his mother Florence Mitchell and his stepfather Richard along with his half brother Justin and Justin’s two daughters.

Joshua is also survived by his father David Seitz and his stepmother Cinda along with a stepsister Haley Hill and her husband Dan and their daughter and son. Also there are two twin half sisters, Laura Seitz and Amanda Gornowich and her husband Brian and their two daughters. There are also many other relatives and friends, far to numerous to list here, throughout the region.

Memorial services will be held at the Tuell-McKee Funeral and Cremation Services Chapel at 2215, 6th Ave. , Tacoma, WA on March 2, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
