Joshua Michael King, 44, of Merkel passed away at his home Wednesday, May 22, 2019. He was born April 4, 1975 to Jim and Cynthia (Wolf) King. Josh served his country honorably as a member of the United States Air Force.

He was honorably discharged in July 2007 after serving for nearly 12 years. He is survived by his best friend and long time girlfirend Jennifer Miller; children Connor, Nia, and Brana; father Jim King; brothers BJ King and Justin King; sister Bridget King and step-sisters Brooke and Blair. He was preceded in death by his mother Cynthia.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00PM Friday, May 24, 2019 at Starbuck Funeral Home and Recitation of the Rosary will beging at 7:00PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00AM Saturday, May 25, 2019. Interment will be held at a later date.
