On January 26, 2019 Joyce Ann Testerman (nee Goff) devoted wife of L. Clark Testerman; beloved mother of Jennifer Lee Kobrick and her husband Donald and Jeffrey Morgan Testerman and his fiancee’ Jennifer Harris; loving grandmother of Nichlas, Jameson, Aaron, Hannah and Madison; cherished daughter of Loretta Midkiff; dear sister of Kathryn Sue Biedenback and her husband Donald; adored aunt of Jacob and Zachary. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Es, 300 Mace Avenue on Wednesday at 7:30 pm.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the: Back River Restoration Committee, Inc. at 730 Riverside Dr., Es, MD 21221 Donations may be made to: Back River Restoration Committee, Inc. 730 Riverside Rd.
