Joyce’s Obituary Joyce Cathaline (Cash) Moran, 84, a resident of Waynesboro, VA, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday morning, January 20, 2019 at Shenandoah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson Cash and Florence (Reed) Cash, she was born October 19, 1934 in Augusta County, VA. Joyce had a deep love for family and friends, particularly her grandchildren.

She loved genealogy and enjoyed researching family history. She also researched church hymns. She enjoyed travel, music, and sports.

She was an avid Baltimore Ravens and Orioles fan and enjoyed watching games. She was retired from Homestead Materials Handling after 18 years of service. Joyce was a longtime member of Lyndhurst United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an aunt, Pearl Reed of Waynesboro, VA; and nephew, Joey Cash of Ellicott City, MD. She is survived by her son, Marty Lee Seibel and his companion, Lisa Rose of Staunton, VA; a granddaughter, Rachel Diane Seibel of Stuarts Draft; a great-grandson, Ashton Lee Seibel of Fishersville; and daughter-in-law, Theresa Hartman of Fishersville; siblings, Sylvia Eastering of Jessup, MD, Betty Cash of Charlotte, NC, Susan Riddle of Linthicum, MD, and Jonas Cash of Ellicott City, MD; 7 nephew; 4 nieces; dear friends, including Sandy Alger of Stuarts Draft, Gail Showalter of Staunton, and many more. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 23rd in the chapel of McDow Funeral Home, officiated by Rev.

Vivian Utz. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time. Interment will follow in Lyndhurst United Methodist Church cemetery.
