Richard Daniel Brown July 22, 1943 – February 11, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Richard Daniel Brown was born July 22, 1943 and passed away Monday, February 11, 2019. He was preceded in death by his sister Shirley Stahl and two brothers Alvin Brown and Elroy Brown. He is survived by a son, Chuck Brown of Mason, a daughter, Recarla Timms of Junction, two brothers, Layton Brown and Milton Brown both of Mason, grandchildren Devin Carter, Lillian and Owen Brown and one great grandchild, Jayton Perez.

Richard was raised in Mason where he worked with the Mason County Road Department for many years. He loved to play baseball, golf and enjoyed the outdoors while hunting or fishing. He also loved country music.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Mason Funeral Home from 5pm – 7pm. A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 1 pm at the Grit Cemetery.
