Joyce is survived by her 4 children Cindy (Debbie Naylor), Scott, Rory (Barbara), Randy and 7 grandchildren, Brandon, Allison, Sean, Thomas, Julie, Michele, and Dylan, along with her husband Fred.

Dear sister of Melba Martin and fond aunt to many nieces and nephews . She was a success in all aspects of her life: Family, the Business world and in service to the church. Joyce was truly one in a million and she will be greatly missed by all who loved her so much.
