OBITUARY Juanita Ruth Oyer May 6, 1929 – July 12, 2018 Juanita Ruth Oyer, 89 year old resident of Frisco, TX, passed away July 12, 2018 in Frisco, TX. She was a former Midwest City, OK resident. Jaunita retired from the I.R.S. after 34 years as a Tax Payer Specialist.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Lester Cleo and Alta June Scoles and her husband Joseph Oyer. She loved the outdoors, being with her family, Texas wildflowers, and was both active in her Church and rock solid in her faith. Survivors include 1 son, Timothy and his wife Judy Oyer of Frisco, TX; 2 daughters, Vonna and her husband Beau Newsom of Bertram, TX; and Carla and her husband Danny Melcher of OKC, OK; 2 grandchildren, Christopher Newsom and his fiance’ Dr. Tess Barton and Matthew Oyer and his fiance’ Paula Frazier; 1 great-grandchild, Madison Oyer; 1 brother, John Scoles of Lynchburg, VA.

A viewing will be held at Bill Eisenhour Northeast, 8805 NE 23rd St., OKC, OK 73141 from 2 pm. – 8 pm on Wed. , July 18, 2018.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, OKC, OK.
