Obituary for JUDITH DROSKIN Judith Droskin, 91, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 23, 2018. Graveside services and burial will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 26, 2018 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 5529 Ditzler, Raytown, MO 64133.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City. Judith was born March 3, 1927 in Kansas City, MO to the late David and Florence (Adelman) Droskin. She graduated from Paseo High School in 1944.

After graduation, Judith became a very sought after legal secretary for over 40 years, building on the skills and knowledge she gained in high school. During her career she worked for Margolin & Kirwin, Lewis, Rice & Fingersh and ended her career at Stinson & Mag, where she made many life-long friends. Judith retired early so that she could take care of her beloved parents as they began to age.

She also used this opportunity to assist her Uncle Eli Droskin in writing a book about their family’s journey entitled, “Journey From Danilovich”. These endeavors in her life were ones in which she was very proud to be a part of. Judith also took much joy in being able to volunteer at different nursing homes in the area where she would play the piano for the residents.

In addition to her parents, Judith is preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Droskin. Those left to cherish her memory include her loving nieces, Beth and Debbie; great-niece, Sarah; great-nephew, Aaron and oh so many cousins and extended family and friends that she held dear to her heart.
