Judith Giffin, 77, passed away December 8, 2018. Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, Judith had lived in the Akron area for most of her life. She worked for Konica and was a former member of Akron Baptist Temple.

Judith was an avid knitter, enjoyed crocheting and volunteered for the PTA. She was preceded in death by her parents, son and son in law. Judith is survived by her daughter, Denise Bennington of Tallmadge; son, Michael W. Giffin of Akron; grandchildren, Kayla (Nate) Reed, Bridgette Williams, Hannah Giffin; and great grandchildren, Naomi, Sophia and Audrianna.

The family would like to thank the Staff at Hickory Ridge. Visitation will be 4 until 6 p.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle). Funeral service to follow at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with Pastor John Knepper officiating.
