Judith Petruschak 78 of Roscoe, died peacefully on Sunday March 24, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Fayette City on August 3, 1940, a daughter of Michael and June Tolan Scrip. Judith was an avid casino player, enjoying her time at the Meadows Racetrack and casino.

She was a talented crafter being known for her Raggedy Anns and Andys. Judith was a huge Pittsburgh Penguins fan. She was often seen on her front porch with her family, especially during Roscoe flea market days.

Her family considered her their rock and she would have done anything for her children and grandchildren. She was dearly loved by all. On Ocotober 10, 1968 she married Paul “Skip” Petruschak who survives.

Besides her husband she is also survived by 4 children, son Robert Evans of CA, 4 daughters and sons-in-law Tammy and Tom (Frog) Vadella of Roscoe, Paula and Jaison Coles of Roscoe and Sandy and Darrell Klanchar of Roscoe, 15 grandchildren; Nick (Joan) Morikis, Derrick Klanchar, Kelly Morikis, Paige Findley, Justin Vadella, Paul Klanchar, Beckie (Blake) Moses, Julie Evans, Jordon Vadella, Michael Evans, Sienna Petruschak, Jesse Vadella, Paul Coles and Chris Coles, 9 great-grandchildren, a brother Michael (Janet) Scrip of Charleroi, and her sister Rondell (Stanley) Konat of Blainesburg. She is preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Evans, a granddaughter Mandy Klanchar and a brother David Scrip. Friends and family will be received on Thursday March 28, 2019 from 5:00pm-8:00pm in the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave.

, Roscoe, where funeral services will be held on Friday March 29 at 10:30am with Rev. Stephen Wahal officiating. Interment will follow at Mt.

Calvary Cemetery, Coal Center.
