Obituary for Judy M. Hoerner Beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Covenant Medical Center-Cooper. Age 79 years. The daughter of the late Donald and Gertrude (McCallum) DeGroat, Judy was born March 21, 1939 in Saginaw, Michigan.

She was employed at Michigan Bell Telephone many years. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting. Most of all, Judy loved spending time with her family.

Surviving are three sons and their spouses, Jason and Rusti Hoerner, Jeff Hoerner, John L. (Jackie) and Rosa Hoerner; seven grandchildren, Jacob, Zach, Josh, Aaron, Amanda, Jacquelina and Louis; one sister and two brothers, Joan Mosher, Maryland; John and Karen DeGroat, Bay City; James DeGroat, Saginaw; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will take place 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. , (between Shattuck and McCarty).

Chaplain Diane Smiley will officiate. Entombment will take place Thursday at Oakwood Mausoleum. Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
