Judy (Howland/Curley) Webster,76 of Perry, passed away on Saturday March 9, 2019 at the Wyoming County Nursing Facility in Warsaw. She was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on November 23, 1942 a daughter to the late Charles and Lillian (Zuber) Larosa-Howland. Judy graduated from Avon Central School and the State University College at Buffalo with a degree in home economics education.

She pursued a Masters in early childhood education at the State University at Geneseo.
