Julia M. Boser, 92, Johnstown, died April 18, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Born September 19, 1925, in Johnstown, daughter of John and Anna (Verbjar) Haluska. Preceded in death by parents; husband Glenn; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Survived by children, Glenn (MaryLee Felton), Kissimmee, FL; David (Patti Kohut); Brenda (Eugene Pentz), both of Johnstown; and Glenda (Bill Eckhart), Lehighton, PA. Also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; and one great-great grandchild; sister, Barbara Jartin; and sister-in-law Anna Haluska, both of Johnstown. She was a life-long member of the former St. Stephen Parish, and was currently a member of St. Benedict Parish in Geistown.

Julia was a loving wife and mother, and was very devoted to her grandchildren. Friends received 2-5pm Sunday at Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford St. where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral mass will be held Monday at 10am at St. Benedict Church, with Father David Peles as celebrant.
