Obituary for Julius S. Sanders Julius S. “Mutt” Sanders age 82 of Thomasville, AL died November 22, 2018 at Sumter Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in York, AL. He was born March 27, 1936 in Thomasville, AL to Johnny Ralph and Annie Bell Sanders. He was a former millwright and farmer and was a member of Elam Baptist Church and a US Army veteran.

He is survived by his son, James Gregory Sanders; daughter, Pamela Jean Robinson (Robert Clyde); two sisters, Marietta Zanca and Olna Keel; three grandchildren, Britany Jane Anderson (Riley), Justin Gregory Sanders, and Thomas Hunter Sanders; two great grandchildren, Jameson Lee Roberts and Maddison Jane Roberts. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Sanders. Visitation will be held at Elam Baptist Church on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time with Rev.

Tony Meinhart officiating. Burial will follow at Elam Baptist Church Cemetery in Thomasville, AL. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to: The Alzheimer’s Association.
