Obituary for Mrs. JUNE MARIANNA THAYER BURKHART FORT WORTH — In loving memory of June “Grammy” Burkhart who passed away Monday, August 27, 2018. She was 93. SERVICE: A private committal service will be held at a later date.

June married Harbert Winston Burkhart on March 6, 1949; to this union four daughters were born. As an accomplished musician, she played the piano, organ and sang beautifully. SURVIVORS: In addition to her daughters, Pam Barnett and husband, Billy, Barbara Wood, Julie Burkhart-Haid and husband, Joseph, and Betty Burkhart, June is survived by her three grandchildren, Rosy Baker, Wynn Baker and Sebastian Haid; and eight loving nieces and nephews and their families.
