Karen E. Meyer, age 72, of Alexandria, died Thursday, July 26, 2018, at Edgewood Vista in Alexandria. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at the Lind Family Funeral Home in Alexandria with Pastor Pete Reishus officiating. Private family burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Starbuck.

Visitation is one hour prior to the service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Meyer; parents, Rudy and Irene Dickhoff; brother, Michael Dickhoff; and son-in-law, Byron Iverson. Karen is survived by her four children, Carol Iverson of Glenwood, Debbi Erickson and Jerome (Tammy) Erickson both of Willmar, and Alana (Dean Razink) Erickson of Farwell; brother, Robert (Judy) Dickhoff; sister, Beth (Roger) Theis; sister-in-law, JoClaire (Roger) Pederson; six grandchildren, Kayla, Steven (Nikki), Alyssa, Kelsi (Kent), Samantha (Sean), and Brody; five great-grandchildren, Aerabella, ToriAnn, Josie, Adalynn, Weston, and baby Axel on the way; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
