Karen Fowers Fuell, passed away on December 8, 2018, after battling several illnesses. Karen was born in Roy, Utah, on November 23, 1950, to Leland Fowers and Evelyn Hess. Karen Married Lee Fuell on May 20, 1989.

Their marriage was later sealed for time and all eternity on March 20, 2013 in the Salt Lake Temple. Karen was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held various callings. One of her favorite callings was playing the piano in Relief Society.

Karen loved listening and playing music. She was a very talented musician; playing all different instruments. One of those instruments was the harp, which she was able to play with the Utah Symphony.

She loved to travel and traveled around to many different parts of the United States. Karen and Lee traveled the west coast by motorcycle for their honeymoon. They also ventured out to the Salt Flats for the Streamliner land speed event and broke the land speed record.

One thing Karen was very proud of, was becoming the 17th EMT in the state of Nevada. She is preceded in death by her parents, son; Ricky Modero, sister; Kim Vanderbloom. Survived by her husband Lee, children; Tommy Fuell, and Morgan Fuell, sister; Connie (Ray) Gren, 19 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
