Karen L. Kopp “MoMo” (nee Gibson), of Lorain, passed away at her residence on September 21, 2018 following a courageously fought battle with cancer. Karen was born on October 13, 1949 in Newport, Rhode Island and resided in Lorain County for many years. She formerly worked as a clerk at the Nickles Bakery Store in Lorain.

She enjoyed playing bingo, gambling, going to garage sales and doing crafts. Karen Kopp is survived by; a daughter, Paula Wright (Mervin ) of Lorain; a son, Edward Flint of Lorain; three grandchildren, Celeste Tarrant, Edward “Bo” Tarrent and Adrian Pennington; six great-grandchildren, Isabella, Kiyah, Adrian Jr., LeeAsia, Eliyah and Luna; a sister, Deborah “Debbie” Herbert (Chuck) of Lorain; four nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by; her mother and father, one sister, one brother, and by a great-grandson, Gabriel Pennington.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Liston Funeral Home, North Ridgeville, is serving the family.
