Georg Phelps Sandy Run, SC: Georg Phelps, loving husband of Lorraine Broadwater, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. Georg served as a crane operator for Maxim Crane Works for over 24 years. Georg loved his job, fishing, hunting and vacationing with his wife Lorraine.

He is survived by his wife Lorraine, son, Karl Phelps and granddaughter, Karlie Phelps; brother, Steve Phelps; step children, Joshua and Jerica Moorer; step grandson, Noah Moorer and faithful canine companion, Gretchen. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019, 6:00 pm at Barr-Price Funeral Home of Lexington, SC.
