Obituary of Karl Feldmann CLARKS HILL, SC—Karl John Feldmann, age 74, entered into rest Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Mr. Feldmann was born June 23, 1944 in Jersey City, NJ to the late August and Katherine Feldmann. He was a graduate of Southern Illinois University and served his country in the US Army, retiring after twenty years of service.

He had been an area resident since 1978 and a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Mr. Feldmann was an avid Clemson fan and former skier. He also enjoyed working with his hands and camping.

Survivors include his beloved wife of forty years, Susan L. Feldmann; two daughters, Kathy Nieves (Carlos), Franklinville, NJ and Jennifer Feldmann, Clarks Hill, SC; and two sons, Karl J. Feldmann Jr., Indianapolis, IN and Alex Feldmann, Clarks Hills, SC. Friends may call on Monday, November 5, 2018 from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at George Funeral Home. A prayer service will be said at 6:00 PM following visitation.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 139 Way of Peace, North Augusta, SC 29841 with Father J. Renaurd West as celebrant. Final prayers and commendation will follow in the Southlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare, 199 Willow Run Rd.
