OBITUARY Kathee Frame April 10, 1945 – August 29, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Katherine “Kathee” Frame 73, of Palm Coast, FL. passed away suddenly on August 29, 2018 at her home. She was born on April 10, 1945 in Sioux City, Iowa to the late James R. Flanagan and Katherine Blair.

Kathee graduated from Sioux City Bishop Heelan High School in 1963 and in that same year she married her high school sweetheart Jerry Frame. In 1969 they moved to Des Moines, Iowa where she worked, raised and enjoyed her family. In 2014 she and her husband moved to Palm Coast, Florida.

Her time in Florida was spent gardening, tending to her beautiful landscaped home and cooking meals, always “perfecting” her already perfect chocolate cake. Her greatest love in life was spending time with her beloved family. She will be remembered for the selfless love that she showed to those she cared for.

She was preceded in death by her brother, James Flanagan Jr. in 2012 and her daughter-in-law, Nancy S. Frame in 2017. Survivors include her husband of 55 yrs, Jerry; sons, Jeff Frame, Steven (Ann) Frame; grandchildren, Sarah and Hannah; siblings, Julie (Marlin) DeGrandmont, Daniel Flanagan, twin-sister, Patricia “Pattee” Nice and many more loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 10:00AM – 11:00AM at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach.

A memorial service will begin at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
