OBITUARY Katherine Dorothy Howes February 11, 1920 – August 30, 2018 Katherine Dorothy “Kay” (Connarton) Howes, of Sandwich, passed away Thursday, August 30th, 2018 at the Royal Cape Cod Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Rudolph Wallace Howes. Born in Somerville, MA, a daughter of the late James F. and Katherine (Sullivan) Connarton.

Mrs. Howes had worked as an administrative assistant in the manufacturing industry for many years, retiring in 1968. She was the loving sister of James, Joseph and Thomas Connarton and loving aunt of Joseph Connarton and his wife Jennifer of Waltham and Karen Kellar of Vernon, Indiana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Corpus Christi Parish 324 Quaker Meeting House Road East Sandwich, MA.

Interment at Sandwich Town Cemetery. Visitation 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to funeral mass at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A Sandwich, MA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her memorial may be made to Corpus Christi Parish 324 Quaker Meeting House Road East Sandwich, MA.
