Kathleen Teresa Enright, passed away peacefully at home late Thursday morning, June 21, 2018 at the age of 86 after battling kidney failure. Kathleen lived a long, eventful life as a wonderful wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. Kathleen’s one true passion was her family, and that was her main priority in life.

She also adored hummingbirds, collecting knickknacks of them and watching as they flew around her yard, and, some might say, she was a professional crossword puzzler. Kathleen also had the gift of bedazzling things around her home to add “the Gramma touch”. She was a blessing, and touched every life she came in contact with, above all the day she locked eyes with William (Bill) in July of 1950, and the rest was history.

Kathleen and Bill married two years later on Christmas Eve – December 24, 1952 – and lived with the love of her life in Upstate New York with their six children. Kathleen and Bill moved from their Eddy Road home in Macedon, N.Y. in 1999 to Concord, North Carolina, and loved spending their free time adventuring the states, Mexico and Canada. Kathleen is survived by the love of her life, her husband, William D. Enright; children Billy (Lisa) Enright, Danny (Sue) Enright, Colleen (Dave) Suhr, Dennis Enright, Tommy (late Jamie) Enright, Timmy (Dawn) Enright; sisters Marlene (Frank) Ciulla and Maureen (Ronnie) Smith; grandchildren Kevin Suhr, Tara Ostrom, Meghan (Joe) Waters, Brian Suhr (Michele Crisafulli), Danny (Melissa) Enright, Caitlyn Enright, Jeffrey Suhr, Broghan Enright, Billy (Corrie) Enright, Ashley Enright, Michael Enright, Derrick Enright, Kelsey (Andrew) LaChiusa, Breanna Enright (Justin Pcheny), Rion Enright, Robert Enright and Kayla Enright.

Kathleen was also blessed with nine great grandchildren. Kathleen is predeceased by her parents Frederick and Gertrude Collins, brothers Kenneth and Frederick Collins, and sister Evelyn (John) Diaz. Kathleen, and her devoted husband of 65 years, built an empire and she was the happiest watching from her kitchen.
