Obituary for Kathleen Jo Bigler Kathleen Jo Bigler, 61, of Weatherford, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 20, 2018 in Pampa, Texas. She entered this life on March 17, 1957 in Los Angeles, California to Harry Maleskey and Myrna Smith. She had recently moved to Pampa from Weatherford where she had lived for ten years.

Kathy was fortunate to spend her last day with the man she loved singing songs and enjoying precious last moments together. She had been with the love of her life, Steve Galloway, since 1988. Kathy worked for Hewlett Packard, then went on to become a medical assistant and eventually a phlebotomist.

She loved the Northwest region of the US, especially Vancouver, Washington, enjoyed motorcycle riding with Steve and was quite the entertainer. Kathy had a very comical personality and would do anything to make those around her laugh, and always helped a friend in need. If a family member or friend was hurt, Kathy hurt with them.

She wore her heart on her sleeve, forgave many and wouldn’t hurt anyone. She will be dearly missed by many. She is preceded in death by her parents: mother Myrna Martin and step-father Carl Martin, as well as two siblings older brother Steve Randall and younger brother David Dietrich.

Her survivors include her only son, Chris Bigler; boyfriend, Steve Galloway; brother, Rick Maleskey; two sisters, Mary Martin and Terease Hill; half-brother, Robert Martin; four grandchildren she loved dearly, Ashtin, Brighton, Paisley and Stevan; and numerous nieces and nephews in Texas and Washington. No services are scheduled at this time for Kathleen. Per her wishes, family will be spreading Kathy’s ashes where her heart always was in the northwest at numerous beautiful waterfalls in Oregon and Washington, as well as the coast where she loved it the most.
