Kathryn C. West Sylacauga, AL – Funeral service for Kathryn C. West, 69, will be Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Joel Miller and Bro. Ronnie Porter officiating.

Burial will be in Hollins Cemetery in Hollins, AL. Mrs. West died Saturday, July 28, 2018 at UAB in Birmingham. She was preceded in death by her father, J.M. Thornburg and mother, Lena Ruth Thornburg.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Tommy) Butera; son, Herbert F. West, II; sister, Patricia Sargent; brother, Tommy Dewayne (Marcia) Thornburg; granddaughter, Amy LaRussa; and grandson, Joseph Michael Butera. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home. PanCAN link: secure.
