Obituary for Kay Frances Buchanan Kay Frances Buchanan, age 77, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018, at her home surrounded by her beloved family. She was born November 3, 1941 in Stewart County, Tennessee, daughter of the late Charles Scarborough and Birdie Cook Elliott. Mrs. Buchanan was a homemaker and a member of the Hopewell United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Eugene ‘Buck’ Buchanan. Survivors include her son, Scotty Buchanan (Lisa), Indian Mound, TN, daughter, Rhonda Howell (Christopher), Columbia, SC, brothers, David Elliott and Johnny Elliott, both of Dover, sisters, Judy Bush, Clarksville, TN, Nancy Martin, Dover, Brooksie Carter, Ashland City, TN, grandchildren, Ashlee Halliburton and Tyler Mounts, and great grandchildren, Charlotte Halliburton and Tinsley Mounts. The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro.

Sammie Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the Dunbar Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the hour of service Wednesday.
