Keith Kicker March 29, 1960 – February 23, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Private Condolences Keith Arlen Kicker was born March 29, 1960 in Perham, Minnesota the son of LeRoy and Ardyce (Schultz) Kicker. He went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2019 quietly at his home, with his wife by his side after a long battle with cancer. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul Lutheran Church Loon Lake and grew up in Vergas.

Keith graduated from Perham High School in 1978. He continued his education at the University of Minnesota Morris graduating in 1982 with a Mathematical Economics degree. Keith worked at First American Bank, now Bremer Bank from 1982 to 2000 as CFO.

He met his future wife Cheryl Bergeron while at the bank where she was working as a bank teller. Keith and Cheryl were united in marriage on September 17, 1988 at First Lutheran Church in Detroit Lakes. He was currently working at MMCDC as CFO at the time of his death.

He took great pride in his work and valued the people he worked with. Keith enjoyed auction sales and collecting a variety of antiques and collectables, and especially collecting tractors. He had an appreciation for the history of older items and how things were done in the past.

Keith is survived by his wife: Cheryl Kicker of Vergas; parents: LeRoy and Ardyce Kicker of Vergas; brother-in-law: Bruce (Karen) Bergeron of Waubun; nephews: Jon and Jack Bergeron niece: Sara Bergeron and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and brother -in -law: Brian Bergeron.
