Kelly A. Ackerman, 50 of Philadelphia formally of Quakertown, PA passed away suddenly Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Kelly was a 1985 graduate of Quakertown Community High School and attended Temple University. She was an avid and accomplished chef and worked for several prominent Philadelphia Restaurants including Le Bec Fin.

Kelly is survived by her parents, Donald and Betty Ackerman, a sister, Cindy, her husband, Kevin and their children Will and Morgan. Additionally surviving, are aunts and uncles; Dorothy Neff, Darlene Nagle, husband Rich and Shirley Weisel and Henry Weisel , Stewart Ackerman and wife, Nancy all of Quakertown. Linda Funk and husband, Ron of Richlandtown,; Eleanor Landes of Zion Hill.

Dot Merkle, and husband, Bill of Lansdale. Cousins, Tammy, Roy, wife Lori, Karen, Jarrod, Jaime, Jennifer, Judi, husband Steve, Tom, Todd, wife, Wendy, Mark, wife Roses, Dean, wife Penny, and Debbie Weisel. Services will be held on Friday, October 26, at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.
