Hartford: Kelvin L. Arnold, 55, passed away at 12:26am on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at his residence. He was born on August 21, 1963, in Alton, the son of the late Wilson and Verline (Bangert) Arnold. Kelvin enjoyed fishing, scrapping, working on lawn mowers, and riding his motorcycle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Diana Coleman, and two brothers: Raymond Arnold and Kenneth Arnold. In accordance with his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.

In celebration of his life, memorial visitation will be from 9am until 10:30am on Saturday, November 24, 2018, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. Memorials are suggested to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
