Ken Baker, age 52 of the Holly Creek Community passed away in peace at his home on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Ken was born March 18, 1966 in Talihina, Oklahoma the youngest son of Lee ”Sonny Boy” and Christeen Baker. Ken lived in Holly Creek all of his life and had worked at International Paper in Valliant for more than thirty years.

Ken had a very kind heart and was quick to lend a hand to anyone in need. He had a sweet spirit about him that will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Christeen Baker and brother-in-law, Eugene Edmondson.

Ken’s memory will be forever treasured by his sisters, Vicky Baker of Holly Creek, Cheryl Jones and husband Gary of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; brother, Keith Baker and wife Kay of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Talitha Tom, Justin Edmondson, Jeremy, Dustin and Lucas Jones Kelly, Kerrie and Kristi Baker and a very special friend, Tori Murphy and numerous other relatives and friends and all of his work family at International Paper. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at the Holly Creek Cemetery with Bro. Neil Jackson and Bro.
