Costello and the late Donald Eugene Costello, passed away on October 5, 2018 in Saint Louis, Missouri. Kenny was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Florence Evans and Mae Tracy Ward; grandfather, Clyde Ward; aunt, Virginia Ward Holzum; and uncle, Clyde Ward. He is survived by brothers Stephen Costello Aarons and Thomas Joseph Costello; and uncle, Arthur Kenneth Ward.
