OBITUARY Marion Berndt Cohen May 11, 1935 – October 10, 2018 Cohen, Marion Berndt (nee Feingerts), Died October 10 at the age of 83; beloved wife of the late Alan Berndt and the late Albert Cohen; loving mother of Sarah (Jerry) Stempel, Joseph (Julia) Berndt, and Harold (Casey) Berndt and Al’s children, David Cohen and Nancy (Tony) Peck; adored grandmother of Amanda, Jake, Andy, Aiden, Rowan, Brett, Jonathan, Spencer, and Taylor; devoted daughter of the late Meyer and the late Rose Feingerts. Marion was a respected teacher, storyteller, and an advocate for numerous Jewish causes. Graveside service Sunday, October 14, 1:00 p.m. at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 7500 Olive Boulevard.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions preferred to the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry or to the charity of your choice.
