Kurt Stephen Michaud, 29, of North Windham, passed away peacefully at his home. Kurt grew up in Willimantic until his teens, then moved to Florida for 10 years before returning. He leaves behind his most precious gifts his two sons, Kurt Jr., 6, and Vito Jr., 12, and their mother Ann Marie Torres.

He is survived by his loving mother, Katrina Bellerose-Thomas and fiancé, Paul Baker, as well as his father, Mark Stephen Michaud and longtime girlfriend Rachel Bettis; and sister, Katelyn Michaud of Willimantic whom he loved very much. He is predeceased by his “Pepe,” Leo Bellerose Jr. of Windham. Kurt leaves behind many people that loved him dearly; including his great-grandparents: his “Meme,” Harriet and Anthony Barber; maternal grandparents Rose Bellerose and Joe Plesz, and paternal grandparents Gregory Michaud Sr. and Hazel Michaud.

Kurt leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins that will miss him dearly. Until we meet again, rest in peace.
