Larna Anne Taylor February 10, 1945 – May 06, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Larna Anne Davis Taylor, 74, Elizabethton, went to be with her Lord , Monday May 6, 2019 in the Johnson City Medical Center following a battle with Cancer. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Robert E. & Virgie L. Davis. She operated Larna’s Beauty Shop for 37 years.

She attended Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Herfel Davis. Larna cherished spending time with her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years: Granville Taylor. A Son & Daughter-in-Law: Michael & Carol Taylor, Greeneville. Tn.

, A daughter & Son in-law: Amy & LeRoy Willis, Elizabethton. Her Grandchildren: Channing Taylor & Wife Autum Taylor, Greenville, Tn. , Natasha Kyker & Husband Josh, Gray, Tenn.

, Emilee Carver & her boy friend Hunter Hodges. Her Great Grandchildren: Mason & Sutton Kyker & Connor Taylor. Her sisters: Virginia Taylor and the late Jay Taylor, Lois Trivette & husband Johnnie, Kingston, Tn.

And Sue Carden & husband Arthur, Elizabethton. Several nieces & Nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev.

Charlie Trivette and Rev. Mark Potter officiating. Graveside Service and Interment will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2019 in the Davis Cemetery.

Music will be provided by Jeff Snyder and Joey Abel. Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the church at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday and also at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Thursday will be: Dennis Peters, Eddie Dean Davis, Hunter Hodges, Channing Taylor, Josh Kyker and Roy Willis. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Mack Cook, Bill Crawford, Jim Suz, Carl Roberson, Sam Harrison, Jeff Snyder, Loren Harris, Chuck Pearce, Arthur Carden and her church family.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church. Friends may also visit with the family at her residence. The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to the staff of Ballad Health Hospice for the care they gave to her.
