OBITUARY Larry James Ogren October 24, 1938 – September 13, 2018 Larry James Ogren, 79, of Mechanicsville, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence E. and Marian E. Ogren; and brother, Michael J. Ogren. Larry was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and retired from the motion picture industry.

He excelled in football, baseball, track and field. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 60 years, Constance “Connie” Ogren; children, John M. Ogren, James T. Ogren (Tracy), and Jennifer L. Musselwhite; grandchildren, David, Kelley, Stacey, Michael, Marcus, Matthew, and Conor; great grandchildren, Lilly, Calvin, Ruby, Emilia, Landon, Lilah, and Dylan; sister-in-law, Patricia Koch; niece, Lorrie; and nephews, Michael and Tom. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 22, at 1 p.m. at Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, www. cancer.org. FAMILY He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence E. and Marian E. Ogren; and brother, Michael J. Ogren.
