OBITUARY Larry Wayne Venable Sr. October 27, 1946 – July 14, 2018 Thomasville- Larry Wayne Venable Sr., 71, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at High Point Regional Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on July 17, 2018 at Greenwood Hills Wesleyan Church in High Point. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Larry was born in Guilford County to Wayne H. Venable and Ruth Allred Venable on October 27, 1946. His family moved often since his father was in the Army, before eventually setting back down in the area. In 1972 he married Debbie H. Venable.

He was a family man and his family will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne H. Venable and Ruth Allred Venable; and daughter and son-in-law Meredith Leigh Kellam and Michael Shawn Kellam. Larry is survived by his wife, Debbie H. Venable; sons, Larry Wayne Venable II (Angel) and Wes Venable; and grandchildren Garrett Venable and Emma Joyce.
