Flaschner, Laura L. (Miraglia) life-long resident of East Boston passed away on September 19th at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Leo Flaschner. Devoted mother of Leo Flaschner Jr and the late Sandra Trainito.

Dear sister of Marguerite “Margie” Carresi, William Miraglia as well as pre-deceased by 13 brothers and sisters. Adored grandmother of Michael, Gary, Jodi, David, Richard and John. Cherished great-grandmother of Alyssa, Lauren, Michael, Rebecca, Kayli, Jessica, Kassi, Kyle and Ryan.

Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. In accordance with Mrs. Flaschner’s wishes funeral services are private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to support the Carl J. and Ruth Shapiro Cardiovascular Center at Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
