Laureen Marsico, 87, of Girard, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018, at Hospice House in Poland. Laureen was born June 19, 1931, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of John and Jenny (Rich) DelBene. She was a member of St. Rose Church.

Laureen was devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, to her family. Everything Laureen did in life was centered around her family, and the time and care that she devoted to them. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children; Roxane (Joseph) Kuboff, of Hubbard and Richard (Kimberly) Marsico of Girard, her grandchildren; Stephanie, Emily, Alexis and Ricky, and her brother, Jack DelBene of Girard.

Besides her parents, Laureen is preceded in death by her husband, Rocco J. Marsico, who died January 25, 2013, her sister, Betty Hura and brother Alex DelBene. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 2nd, 12:00 PM at St. Rose Church, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Laureen will be laid to rest at Girard City Cemetery, next to her husband.
