Racine –Lauren Jean Miller, 69, passed away on March 24, 2019, at Ascension All Saints Hospital. Lauren was born on February 8, 1950, to the late Donald Hartman and Violette Humfeld. She was united in marriage to Michael Miller on June 17, 1997, in Kenosha, WI.

Lauren had a sweet and caring personality, she was very good with children and babies. She loved to travel, even going to Okinawa, Japan. Lauren was a huge fan of classic rock music.

One of her best memories was going to the first Woodstock concert. Lauren was an avid reader and one of her favorite shows was Forensic Files. Most of all, Lauren loved her family and she will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish Lauren’s memory is her husband, Michael Miller; her children: Michael (Dennis Sehmer) Bailey, Julie (Shawn) Larson, Jennifer Nieto, and Robert Miller; her grandchildren: Skylar Larson and Jerry Nieto; her sisters: Diane Bland, Tracy Humfeld, Beth Humfeld, and Patricia Phinisee. Lauren is preceded in death by her biological father, Lawrence Provencial and her sister, Violette “Cookie” Corey. A private service for Lauren will be held on a later date.
