Obituary for Lawrence C. Cline Lawrence C. Cline, 74, of Cheyenne, died Saturday, October 6th, at Granite Rehabilitation Center. He was born August 28, 1944 in Amsterdam, Missouri, the son of Warren and Leona Cline. He moved to Cheyenne in 1947.

He attended East High School and on September 1, 1961 enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After an honorable discharge from the Navy, Larry worked various jobs until 1974 when he began his second career at F.E. Warren AFB in the Engineering Department, retiring on April 30, 2012. In 1966 Larry married Sandra Sue Counts, she preceded him in death August 29, 1995.

Larry married Sandra J. Hough on November 19, 1996. He was a member of the American Legion Post 6; the VFW Post 1881 and the AmVets post 10. Survivors include his wife Sandra J. Cline; three step-children, Christopher (Renae) Mitchell; Jason Mitchell and Shannon (Ike) Williams; a sister, Carol Ann Steinhour; nephews, Jerry and Kevin Steinhour; and step-grandchildren, Nicholas and Jacob Salter and Aaron (Amanda) Leichtweis.

Larry is preceded in death by his first wife, Sandra; parents and three brothers. A Celebration of Life will take place October 13, 2018 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at AmVets, 3839 Lincolnway, Cheyenne. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Lawrence C.
