Mr. Lawrence Edward Amerson, Sr., 83, of Bishopville went to his Heavenly Home on Wednesday morning, November 7th, 2018, surrounded by his family. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday in the Wayside Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverends Buddy Amerson and William Lewis officiating. Mr. Amerson is survived by his wife, Suma Amerson of the home; daughter, Paulette Riley and husband, David of Bishopville; sons, Eddie Amerson and wife, Carol of Bishopville and Donnie Amerson of Bishopville; grandchildren: Wayne Riley and wife, Amah, Christy Riley, Johnnie Amerson; great-grandchildren: Caleb Riley, Josh Riley, Ava Riley, Carson Riley; brother, Reverend Buddy Amerson and wife, Betty; and sister, Martha Frank.

He was preceded in death by siblings: Ray Amerson, Carol Amerson and Dorothy Herring. The family is meeting at the home of Eddie & Carol Amerson at 60 Newways Lane in Bishopville. Norton Funeral Home of Bishopville is honored to be serving the Amerson family.
