Obituary for Lawrence Eugene Goyer Lawrence Eugene Goyer, 70 passed from this life on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. He was born February 8, 1948 in New York, New York. SSG, Goyer was a twenty year veteran of the military and retired from the United States Army.

After his military service, Mr. Goyer continued working with the United States Government as a Customs and Border Security Agent with Homeland Security. He was a true patriot in every sense of the word. Survivors include his wife of sixteen years, Tresa Goyer; sons, Jason Goyer and wife, Wayne Goyer and wife and Aaron Goyer; a daughter, Laura Candler and husband; brother, LeRoy Goyer; a grandson, Charlie Goyer; and their “Bonus Family”, Tresa’s family members as well as many other relatives and close friends.
