Mr. Lee Freibaum II, (Uncle Lee, Mr.Lee , or Lee Lee), 67, of Opelika, Alabama passed away unexpectedly on September 28, 2018 in Navarre, Florida. Lee was born on April 6, 1951 in Anniston, Alabama, to Albert and Henriette Loeb Freibaum. He is survived by his sister, Jeannette F. Gamble; nieces: Michelle Shiver (Brent), Feather Dillard (Kevin); great nephews: Dylan Jackson (Trisha), Easton Shiver, and Klayton Dillard; great niece, Karlee Dillard; and great-great niece, Cambree Jackson.

He enjoy all Auburn University sports. Also, he loved watching Opelika youth sports and watching the NYSA and Navarre High School Raiders. The family will receive visitors at Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home, Opelika, Alabama from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 3, 2018.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Garden Hills Cemetery in Opelika, Alabama. If you would like to send a donation in Lee’s memory, please send to Camp Ascca, Jackson’s Gap, Alabama or Brantwood Children’s Home in Montgomery, Alabama. The Greatest Auburn Fan, will surely be missed!
