Lee J. Dilworth Sr., 78 of Pawnee, formerly of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019 at Carlinville Rehab. He was born Nov.

23, 1940 in Aurora, IL the son of William and Virginia Weber Dilworth. Lee was a Scout Master for Troop 3 in Springfield. He was a volunteer for decades for the Divernon and Pawnee Emergency Squad and Fire Department.

He retired from Memorial Medical Center. Surviving are two sons, Lee John (Shirley) Dilworth Jr. and Abraham Dilworth; three daughters, Mary (Mark) Miller, Linda (Lonnie) Lucas, and Kathy Cavitt; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. till time of memorial services at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019 at Bramley Funeral Home in Divernon with Rev. Martin Kaufmann officiating.

Burial will be in Brush Creek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Pawnee or Divernon Fire Department.
