Lee Jackson was born to Alvin Lee Jackson and Laura Ann Jackson on June 7th 1980. On Thursday, January 24th 2019 he was called home. Lee was a native of New Orleans for 38 years.

He was a beloved father of LaShonda Jackson and stepfather of Treje and Angelique Bartley. Brother of Joseph Smith, Sr., Ketrell Smith, and Lashawn Clark (Moses). He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews: Joseph Smith, Jr., Daqwise Anderson, JaNasha Lee, Treyvon Covington, Gerryion Smith, Moses, Deshawn, Dashawn, Marcus, and Maurice Clark, and Jerrhona Smith.

One great nephew Mekhi Slate, and host of other family friends. He found most enjoyment in singing to his daughters. He loved challenging his nieces and nephews in basketball and dance offs.

He also enjoyed joking with family and friends. Lee will truly be missed. You are welcome to come say your final goodbye on Saturday, February 9th, 2019 for 8:00am viewing followed by 9:00a.m. services at Rhodes Funeral Home 3933 Washington Ave.
