Lelia Simpson Kell Belton Lelia Simpson Kell, 85, widow of Tommie Kell of Belton, died Friday, June 08, 2018 at her residence. Born in Toccoa, GA, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Daisy Savage Simpson. She was a member of Dorchester Baptist Church.

Surviving are: brother, Doug Simpson (Marolyn); sisters, Frances Stephens and Dorothy Ambrose; granddaughters, Tammy Burkett (Casey) of the home and Sherry Kell of Belton; great grandchildren, Holley, Lori Ann and Timothy; son-in-law, William “Bill” Jeanes. She was preceded in death by son, Timothy Kell; daughter, Wanda Jeanes; 2 brothers. Graveside service will be held 2pm Sunday at Garden of Memories Cemetery with Rev.

C. Michael Allen officiating. The family will receive friends following the service Sunday at the cemetery. The family will be at the residence.
