Obituary for Lena Powell Lena Lee Powell a resident of Henryetta passed this life on November 10, 2017 in Henryetta at the age of 87. Born February 26, 1930 in Holdenville, Ok to Carl and Inez (Christy) Fraser. Lenna worked many years for the City of Henryetta as an office clerk.
She’s a longtime member of the Immanuel Baptist Church and along with her husband Bobby they assisted in a Nursing Home Ministry. She is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Powell, Daughter Sheri Carley, Grand son Jeremy Hamilton and son in law Mike Kidwell. Survived by her children: Terry Parker and Elaine of Henryetta and Debbie Whatley of Henryetta.
Step Children: Mike and Tammy Powell of Norman and Steve and Patty Powell of Tulsa Grandchildren: Cassie Whatley, Nick Whatley, Stephen Whatley, Shannon Frair, Shawnda Webster, Staci Carter, Kyle Powell, Ty Powell, Reece Powell, Dylan Powell, Drew Powell, Reid Powell, Nathern Powell, Jeff Powell, Derek Powell, Heath Carley, Aaron Carley, Samantha Carley, . Many Great Grandchildren Sisters: Rosanna Tomlinson of Henryetta and Jean Black of Texas Service will be 2:00pm, Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the Immanuel Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
