Leonard’s Obituary Leonard C. Felger Sr., 92, died Friday, January 18, 2019 at his home. He was born December 27, 1926 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Ervine W. and Erma F. (Rose) Felger.

Leonard was an Army veteran of WWII and a member of American Legion Post #47, DAV Elmer Pond 1, and Masonic Lodge New Haven #740. Most of his life he worked in automotive body repair for Jerry Swanson, Bob Jackson Ford, Burns Body Shop and 25 years at Kelly Buick. Surviving are his children; Sandra Armstrong, Barbara (Tom) Buck, Leonard Felger Jr. Donald (Kathryn) Felger, Valerie (Mike) Wagner, Karen (Tom) Freed, 12 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

Leonard was preceded in death by his wife Patricia in 1985, 2 grandsons Tony and Leonard III, and 1 great-great-grandson and a brother Ervine Felger. Military service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday January 25, 2019 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home with calling from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
