Obituary for Leonard Heard Leonard Kenneth Heard, 79, was born to Jewell and Leonard Heard on March 17, 1939 in Sasakwa, OK. Was taken suddenly from this earth to be with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, June 10, 2018 of natural causes. Graveside service: 9:30 am Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas TX.

Ken served us proud in the army. he moved to Calif. with his family at a young age.

He then met the love of his life Nancy Benedict of Modesto, Calif. and married . After moving to Texas with his family he was a long time employee of Lennox air Conditioning Plant.

He loved his 5 children, bowling, doing the twist in front yard of his mother in laws with his sister in law Sandra. He loved taking kids fishing, loved flea markets and life, raising cattle was a hobby for him he enjoyed. Ken never met a strange, always a smile for everyone.

He will be greatly missed by family, friends, numerous nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Jewell Heard, sisters, Betty Uber, Linda Heard, beloved daughter, Barbara Daniels, nephew Ricky Uber, wife Nancy Heard . Survivors: Sons, Scott Heard, Michael heard; daughters, Tracie Constante and husband David, Debra Wooten and husband Don; brother, Cleo Heard; grandchildren, Don Wooten, and wife Kristyn, Jason Wooten and wife Brandy, Nicosha Daniels, Austin Garrett, Shane Garrett, Teofilo Constante; great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Gracie, Addisyn and Austin; his best friend ever, Chiquita.
